"I had found the used car I was looking for online at several dealerships, but Prime had one on their lot that had 50k fewer miles than any other I had found in that price range. It came with a free Prime for Life guarantee on the parts I was concerned with, and Berto worked to get the price as low as possible, and Liz worked with the banks to get payments that worked for me. They even gave me more than I expected for my trade-in. I do not like receiving sales pitches, and was not planning on going through a dealership if I didn't have to. I wasn't even planning on buying that day (I honestly went in just to appease a family member) and came away very happy with the purchase.
